A Claude that knows you, and does your work.

Blue CoWork OS gives Claude a memory of your projects, your writing voice, and a set of ready-made skills, so each session picks up where the last one left off.

How it starts

01

Point Claude at a folder. Install it.

02

Works on any paid Claude plan, not the free one.

03

Message it. It has already read everything you need.

What comes with it

Four things working together.

Memory

It already knows your projects, your tools, and how you write, so you never start cold.

Skills

Ready-made skills bring finished work back to you for approval.

Routines

Set up a routine once and a briefing or a set of drafts is waiting when you sit down.

Setup

Seven plain steps and an onboarding coach get it running, with no code and nothing to break.

Memory

Your Claude vs a Claude with no memory of you.

Claude holds a single conversation well. The trouble starts at the next one, where the thread, the decisions, and the context are gone and you begin again. Blue CoWork OS keeps that continuity by reading a small about-me layer at the start of every session, so nothing is lost between conversations.

Claude on its own

  • Holds the current chat, but the next one starts fresh.
  • Has no standing record of your projects, style, or context.
  • Leaves you re-explaining the background each session.
  • Gives a strong answer in the moment, then the thread closes.

With Blue CoWork OS

  • Reads your projects and context at the start of every session.
  • Works from your real files and tools once you connect them.
  • Writes in your voice, so the output sounds like you.
  • Brings work back done, ready for you to approve and send.

Skills

It does the work. You approve it.

Each skill brings a finished result back to you. You review, edit if needed, and decide what goes out. Nothing is sent without your say-so.

Email triage

Once you connect your email, it reads the inbox, sorts it into what needs you, can wait, is just so you know, and might slip, then writes draft replies in your voice. Drafts only, never sends.

Because it has read your writing rules, the drafts sound like you.

Meeting notes

Paste in raw notes or a transcript and it returns a clean summary, the decisions made, and an action list with owners and dates. You review before sharing.

It knows your projects, so it places actions in the right context.

Document studio

It asks a few sharp questions, then produces a real Word or PDF document. Claude Desktop makes the file; this package supplies the skill and the questions that shape it.

Drafts apply your writing rules, so the document sounds like you wrote it.

Research assistant

Cross-checks more than one source, separates fact from opinion, and flags what is uncertain. Returns a short summary with sources noted so you can check the work.

It draws on your own material first, because it knows where your information lives.

First win

At the end of setup it delivers one finished result, chosen from what you have connected: a triaged inbox with draft replies, a one-page brief, or a meeting write-up.

It reads your about-me files before it picks the win, so the result feels personal.

System review

Run it roughly once a month. It audits your setup and returns at least three concrete improvements. It recommends and offers to act; it never overwrites anything without a clear yes from you.

It checks whether your about-me files still match your real projects, so the whole system stays accurate.

Routines

Ready-made templates you set up once.

Three scheduled-task templates come included. Set the time in Claude Desktop, and a briefing or a set of drafts is waiting when you need it. Each runs at the time you set, while your computer is on.

Weekly briefer

Monday morning

A calm one-page overview of the week from your email, calendar, and tasks, waiting when you sit down.

Inbox triage

Weekday morning

Your inbox sorted and the important draft replies ready before you arrive.

End-of-day wrap

End of each working day

What moved, what is still open, and tomorrow's first job, with the day's highlight saved to your memory file.

What's in the box

Ready to work from the first session.

Blue CoWork OS is a set of instructions, skills, and templates that Claude Desktop runs. It is not standalone software; Claude Desktop does the work, and Blue CoWork OS tells it how. The download includes seven skills, three scheduled-task templates, an about-me memory layer, and seven plain-English guides.

The setup

Six short steps to a Claude that works the way you do.

Setting it up is not a project. Six short steps, and an onboarding coach guides you through the first steps and gets you a first win, then points you toward the rest.

You need Claude Desktop and any paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise). It does not run on the free plan.

  1. 1

    Install and workspace

Unzip the package, point Claude Desktop's Cowork tab at the folder, and a ready-made instruction set tells Claude how to plan, draft, and work. No config files to edit.

  2. 2

    Global instructions

The included rulebook tells Claude how to behave across every session: draft only, never send, work from your folder, and follow the rules you set.

  3. 3

    About me

Simple templates capture how you work, what matters to you, and how you write, so the output sounds like you and not a stranger.

  4. 4

    Connectors

Hook up your calendar, docs, and tools so Claude works from your real context, not a clean slate every time. Each connector is a manual, one-at-a-time setup you authorise.

  5. 5

    Skills and plugins

The ready-to-run skills are already here; the onboarding coach helps you use your first one in the opening session. You can also add specialist plugins that answer from your own notes and documents.

  6. 6

    Scheduled tasks

Set up routines from the included templates so a briefing or a draft is ready when you need it. Each task runs when scheduled and your computer is on.

Your Blue CoWork OS lives in a folder on your own machine. Claude only sees what you put in it, and nothing is sent without your approval.

For the people running the business, not just using the tool

The same idea, across a whole team.

Blue CoWork OS is built for one person and their work. It keeps your context, works from your tools once you connect them, and grows with you. A business is a different shape. The work that matters lives across a team, spans more than one chat history, and needs several people drawing on the same context, following the same rules, and leaving a record others can see. That is a question of scope: continuity and action across the whole business, under the governance a company needs. If that is where you are heading, it is worth a conversation.
